Terms & Conditions

​1.   It is a requirement that when you employ my services that you agree to, and abide by, the Terms & Conditions. It is preferred that bookings are made at least 2 weeks in advance, prior to my performance, enabling me to arrange travel and hotel when necessary. Should this not be possible, I will still make every effort to fulfil your request.

2.   I operate a policy of zero tolerance toward abuse: any abuse, transphobic or otherwise, directed towards me at the event will result in the immediate termination of the service and the loss to the client of any fees paid. Similarly I will not tolerate any abuse on the telephone and any abuse could also result in the termination of the service and the loss to the client of any fees paid. I always report abuse to the police.

3.   The client must provide me with an email that includes full requirements, location, venue etc., and a phone number for contact on the day of the event, at least 7 days in advance.  I may need contact and clarification of issues beforehand and must be able to contact the client at any time before the event. Should an event not take place because I could not contact the client on the event day then the deposit fee is forfeited by the client.

4.   I must be paid all due fees at least one week before the event.

5.   The client will always pay an agreed and non-returnable deposit payment at the time of booking the event. However, in the event of me failing to commit to the event, then I undertake to return the deposit payment with 14 working days of the event date.

6.   Cancellations: should the client wish to cancel the event then they undertake to inform me as soon as possible. All cancellations result in the loss of the deposit payment. Cancellations made seven days or less before the date of the event are liable for the full fee.

7.   The acts that I perform are of an adult nature and consequently both the client and the target audience must be aged 18 or over and the client undertakes to ensure that this is so.

8.   I operate in the UK under UK law and I must remind clients that transphobia is unacceptable and may result in the termination of service if I consider that I may be in danger of transphobic abuse or harassment and my decision is final.

9.   I may accept short notice and same day bookings for Liverpool city centre only and will require the full amount be paid on booking.

Rules

  • Credit cards are not accepted. Payment is by PayPal or in Cash.
  • Make contact directly on email, or phone number. Don´t forget to mention your name, phone number, location of job, number attending, etc.
  • Please fully describe the type of show required, hard or tame, and ensure that anyone who is not comfortable with a trans stripper is in another room during the performance. Fun is the name of the game.
